We offer several different delivery options in Finland. When you enter your postal code at checkout, you will see the options available for that postal code. Below we present all delivery methods with prices, estimated delivery times and links to the detailed terms and conditions of each carrier.

The normal processing time for orders for in-stock products is 1–4 business days before the order is shipped from our warehouse.

Get your order on the road even faster! When you choose express processing, your order will be prioritized in our warehouse and shipped before orders in the normal processing order. Please note that if your order includes backordered items, express processing will only begin once all items have arrived at the warehouse.

To ensure the best packaging solution and fast delivery, your order may be sent in two or more packages. This will be reflected in the tracking code you receive in your delivery confirmation. Packages may arrive at your pickup point or home delivery at different times, but you can always track your shipments on the carrier's website.

Your order step by step

1) Order confirmation

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email, where you can see the exact details of your order and the current stock status for all the products you ordered.

2) Updated shipping information

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email as soon as we receive a new estimated delivery time from the supplier. The same applies if one of the products is out of stock from our supplier.

3) Delivery confirmation

Once your order has been shipped from our central warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. The delivery confirmation includes tracking information for your package, which allows you to follow the delivery of your package all the way from the central warehouse to the order address, or to the postal address of your choice.

4) Arrival notification

You will receive a text message when you can expect delivery or your package is available for collection at your nearest post office. Packages may arrive at different times, but you can always track your shipments on the shipping company's website.

Information about delivery times

Delivery times are calculated from the day we have received and registered your order. All products in stock will be delivered within 3-5 business days. The estimated delivery time for ordered products can be checked in the order confirmation.

Postnord package

Price: €9 (Free for orders over €79)

Delivery time: 3-5 business days

Postnord package is only available for products in freight classes Small-Medium (SM)

Applies to orders weighing less than 20kg and/or with maximum dimensions of L150cm x W70cm x H115cm. The shipment will be delivered to the Posti office of your choice. Once the package has been delivered to the office of your choice, you will receive an arrival notification via text message.

Small and light orders (max. 2 kg) will be delivered as a Postnord parcel letter directly to your mailbox. If the parcel letter does not fit in your mailbox, the shipment will be taken to your nearest post office and you will receive a pick-up notification.

Postnord Home Delivery

Delivery time: 3-5 business days

The package will be delivered directly to the lower door of the apartment building, or to the boundary of the plot. You will be notified of the arriving package by text message or phone call. Read more about home delivery here .

Budbee Home Delivery

Price: 10€ (Free for orders over 79€)
Delivery time: 3-5 business days

Budbee Home Delivery is only available for products in the Small-Medium (SM) shipping categories.

Home delivery on weekday evenings between 5pm and 10pm. We currently only offer Budbee home delivery in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You will receive a notification of the shipment via text message, through which you can choose a time for delivery and whether you want the package to be left at your door if you are not at home. If you have requested that the package be left at your door, please note that responsibility for the package passes to you after the driver leaves the shipment at your door. Budbee home delivery is offered for packages weighing less than 20kg, with a maximum length of 150cm or a maximum circumference of 300cm. Read more at budbee.com.
